Private Commissions

In addition to creating costumes for the entertainment industry, we also offer our services to individuals, collectors, cosplayers, etc.

The work we do for individuals is of the same caliber and quality as those we make for the entertainment industry. We use the same materials and techniques! Because of this, the cost of commissioning a work from us is more costly that purchasing an “off the shelf” costume.

As an individual, interested in having us make a costume for you, there are some important things that you should note before contacting us for a quote:

The commissioned work must be of your own design or a design for which you own the copyright. We will not make a costume that is copyrighted, trademarked or branded by any entity other than the commissioning party
We will not reproduce a costume that we have made for a previous client, whether corporate or individual either in part or in its entirety
We require the signing of a contract and a non-refundable down payment prior to beginning any work
We require full measurements taken according to the measurement sheet that we provide, prior to beginning and work
We will not create a costume or enter into a contract with any individual under the age of 18 years. If you are under the age of 18, and would like to commission a costume, you must receive the approval of a parent or legal guardian who may enter into contract with us
Should you have a concept in mind, but lack the skills to represent that concept as a sketch, we will be more than happy to provide you with that service, for a fee
We will work with you to choose the materials that best suit the construction of the costume and reserve the right to refuse any materials we deem to be dangerous or injurious to the wearer of the costume or any third party
